Everyone has their childhood memories, I have too . I have memories of mangos and mango orchard, where we used to spend our entire summer vacation. We waited entire year only for summer vacation due to the mango. Our childhood memories are associated with mango orchards where we use to stealing the mango sometimes we caught by the owners or bitten by red ants. As soon as we hear the name of mango, water comes out of our mouth. We used to make raw mango salsa in Indian style. Mango has important role in our life it also associated with our culture and traditions Mango is known as king of all Fruits and it is also National fruit of India. Mango Is tropical plant. Which requires warm climate India is the highest mango producing country in the world. India has largest variety of mango available. Mango is used in culinary in India. Mango pickle is the best example of it. Mango is grown almost entire India but Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Bihar are  producing highest mango .

India is land of varies vegetation. Indian climate has wide range of weather conditions across the geographical area of country. Climate and weather changes place to place . South India is more hotter then north India due to the presence of Himalayas mountain range. India hosts six major climatic sub types, ranging from arid deserts in the west, alpine tundra and glaciers in the north, and humid tropical regions supporting rain forests in the southwest and the island territories.  Hence we have types of vegetables across country. India's diverse climate ensures availability of all varieties of fresh fruits & vegetables. It ranks second in fruits and vegetables production in the world, after China India ranks first in production of Bananas (25.7%), Papayas (43.6%) and Mangoes (including mangosteens and guavas) (40.4%). Fruits and vegetables production in India is increased, so demand of some exotic fruits also in India increased. Most of the exotic fruits we import from Thailand
